We know exactly what limits our growth.
Investors LoginItaca has operated since 2011 without outside capital. For the first time we are open to conversations with investors who can help us lift one specific constraint, and who measure success the way we do: by how our clients' businesses perform.
Why we are opening the door now.
Since 2011 we have grown on our own terms: no software resale, no vendor commissions, no outside capital. That independence is not changing. What is changing is how many businesses we can serve without lowering the standard. Getting there takes more senior people than we can develop at our current pace, and that is what this conversation is about.

Our bottleneck, stated plainly.
Every engagement starts the same way: we understand the business before we propose anything. That phase depends on accumulated judgment that cannot be delegated, and today only a few people at the firm can lead it. That is the honest limit on our growth. Capital aimed at one named constraint develops the senior people, and builds the system, that lift it.
What the next stage looks like
Three priorities, in order. Numbers belong in a private conversation.
- 0001
Deepen the bench.
Recruit and develop seniors who can lead the understanding phase with the same depth.
- 0002
Build the system behind the method.
Turn discovery into software that compounds judgment across engagements. Human judgment stays at the center.
- 0003
Consolidate two markets.
Florida first, Port of Spain second. Depth in two markets over presence in ten.

A good fit
Investors with senior networks in Florida and the Caribbean. Experience growing professional-services firms. Patience measured in years, not quarters. Comfort with a firm that measures itself by client outcomes.
Not a fit
Expectations of software-style multiples or a quick exit. Pressure to resell software or take vendor commissions: our neutrality is not negotiable. A need for promises we have not earned yet.
How this starts
The same way everything starts at Itaca: with a conversation. We will listen more than we talk, share how the firm actually works, and both sides will decide whether it makes sense to continue. Detailed information about the firm is shared privately with qualified parties after that conversation.
This page is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities or any other financial instrument. It describes the firm and its openness to conversations with potential investors. Any potential investment would be discussed privately with qualified parties and documented separately, in accordance with applicable law.
